Shipping zones and costs
We will try to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible throughout Georgia. Delivery of the order may take from 1 to 3 days, depending on the destination.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF ORDERS
There is an opportunity to pick up your order yourself in Tbilisi and Batumi.
To receive your order for pickup, write about it in the comments when placing an order in the online store. The manager will contact you to clarify details.
Returns and refunds policy
We will refund you the whole price of the product if:
1. You return the product within 7 days from the date on which the goods were delivered to you and the product is defective and is not of normal quality.
2. Returned product is in the same condition as dispatched and doesn’t have package damages (it must contain all labels, packaging etc.).
